We have all heard it 1000 times that in today's marketplace the “Service” is gone. I know this not to be the case and I know that by way of the Blogosphere we can bring Good & Great Customer Service to the top.
I want to here from you - what is your definition of “Good Service” and where you last experienced this “Good Service.” In addition, you have a definition for “Great Service” and where you last experienced this "Great Service.”
It is my hope that by defining “Good Service” that establishments will take notice and begin to emulate the places that we as a collective group call attention to for providing “Good Service” and “Great Service.”
